The AJA HA5-Plus HDMI to 3G-SDI Mini-Converter allows you to output an HDMI signal to an SDI monitor, recorder, or other device in up to 1080p/60 4:2:2 10-bit. Up to eight channels of HDMI embedded audio can be passed through to the SDI output, or you can connect independent RCA analog audio and embed it on the SDI output.

When you connect RCA audio, you can decide whether to output the HDMI embedded audio or RCA audio or assign particular channels of each using AJA’s free-download MiniConfig control software. MiniConfig also provides detailed information about the current input and output formats, allows you to control all the parameters of the HA5-Plus, and lets you download firmware updates. It’s compatible with Mac and PC and interfaces with the converter via a USB connection between the converter and the computer.

The HA5-4K 4K HDMI to 4K SDI Mini-Converter from AJA provides high-quality conversion of 4K HDMI to 4K SDI via a quad-link 3G-SDI output at frame rates up to 50/60 fps. It also supports SD, HD, and 2K HDMI to SDI conversion as well. The HA5-4K automatically senses incoming HD/2K resolution HDMI signals and convert them to a single 3G-SDI output. Up to eight channels of HDMI embedded audio can be passed through to the SDI output, ensuring your audio is always in sync with the SDI signal. AJA’s ROI DVI to SDI Mini-Converter converts a DVI signal to an SDI output, enabling you to use computer signals in digital video workflows. A DVI loop through will allow you to monitor the input locally, and a reference input will let you genlock the SDI output. Both the DVI input and loop through support optional DVI-to-HDMI adapters, so you can convert HDMI to SDI and/or monitor your input on an HDMI display.

The HDP2 is a miniature HD-SDI/SDI to DVI-D converter for digital display devices, such as LCD, DLP, and Plasma monitors or projectors. Using a very high quality scaling engine and de-interlacer, the HDP2 will automatically size 4:3 or 16:9 inputs to many DVI-D monitors. For appropriate monitor configurations, scaling is automatically 1 to 1-for example, displaying 1920x 1080 video on a WUXGA (1920×1200) monitor. The HDP2 will also automatically adapt the input frame rate for monitor compatibility. In addition, the HDP2 provides 2 channel audio monitoring and a looping output of the SDI input.

The HDP2 also supports HDMI v1.3a Deep Color (with a DVI to HDMI cable). In the HDMI mode, Deep Color is supported at 30 bits per pixel with 8 channel audio. USB connectivity allows for easy PC/Mac setup and field upgrades.

Route your computer’s desktop output anywhere using regular SDI cables. DVI Extender can be used in extender mode for routing your desktop output to another monitor or in video mode for converting the DVI-D output to SD/HD-SDI video signals for input into live switchers, decks and more. DVI Extender is USB powered and small enough to use in any location.

The Hi5 HD-SDI/SDI to HDMI Video and Audio Converter from AJA is a device designed to convert SDI or HD-SDI signals to HDMI for driving HDMI monitors. The Hi5 provides 2-channel, RCA-style, audio outputs for the separate monitoring of audio feeds. It also offers a looping SDI/ HD-SDI output, which is useful for connecting additional equipment or to achieve a daisy-chain configuration with multiple monitors running from the same SDI/HD-SDI source.
