Gear Returns to the Warehouse
After each rental, equipment returns to one of our 13 Rentex warehouses where our rigorous QC process begins.
Initial Inspection
Technicians inspect for wear, damage, or missing parts. Sub-standard gear is flagged or removed from inventory.
Full Functional Testing
We check each unit with advanced testing tools to ensure it powers up and performs to specs. Inputs, outputs, and controls included.
Preventive Maintenance
We perform preventive maintenance and apply all necessary firmware or software updates on working gear too.
Accessory Check, Kit Matching
All required accessories—cables, adapters, remote controls, mounts—are tested, matched to the main unit, and confirmed for accuracy. Nothing is left to chance.
RFID Scanning & Tracking
Every item is scanned into our RFID system, ensuring full traceability and real-time inventory accuracy across all locations.
Second QC Verification
Our proprietary two-touch process means a second technician reviews the kit for functionality, completeness, and cleanliness. Quality is always double-checked.
Repack & Staging
Gear is carefully repacked, labeled, and staged for immediate deployment. We maintain show-ready standards so it’s ready to go when you are.
