AJA Video’s Ki Pro Ultra 12G is the latest model of the benchmark line of ProRes file recorders. Highlight features included 12G-SDI input available for single-cable 4k input over SDI, and Multi-channel recording sessions will now behave without all sources on Genlock. The rest of the trusted feature set is maintained or improved. Apple ProRes (up to ProRes 4444 XQ) or AVID DNxHD or DNxHR files can be recorded directly to the high performance, reliable PAK Media storage (a PAK1000 drive and Pak Dock Pro are included with rentals). Continuous recording is available by automatically falling over to a fresh drive to continue. Audio can come embedded with the video, or bring balanced analog or AES audio in using the DB25 (XLR Breakouts included).
